What is the turnaround time for my order?

Orders are completed within 10 business days of being accepted. Orders of more than 100 items can take longer.

 

​What is the cost per piece?​

Depending on size, between $6-12 per piece. Large designs are more costly since we need to use more thread and time to create the garment. Submit a quote request for an exact price on your project.

 

Do you have minimums?

The minimum size for all orders is 10 pieces.  That can be a combination of different styles.

Do you offer delivery?​

Yes. We ship within the continental United States.

​

What file type should I send my artwork as?​

Supported file types for artwork are OFM, DST, EXP, and EMB.

 

 JPG, PNG and AI files must be converted into a filetype that is recognized by the embroidery machine.

Do you offer screen printing?​

Yes.  The more items you screen print, the less expensive per unit.

​

Do you embroider hats, beenies, headwear, and various other accessories?​

Yes. We can embroider almost anything – except shoes.

​

Do you sell clothing to embroider on?​

Yes. Our catalog offers a variety of garments of all sorts, from economical to premium products. You can also bring your clothes to us at no charge.
